CAD Designer / Estimator required for a successful company based in Harlow!
This is a customer-focused CAD role involving the preparation of drawings and quotations for layouts for consultant briefs.
- Prepare drawings for presentation to customers using standard format both general and service types combined with innovative styles of presentation to create a class winning document.
- Prepare accurate quotations using in house software system always checking against Design Manual procedures.
- Demonstrate innovation when producing presentation material for customer projects
- Actively enhance GP margin using negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
- Continuous focus on maximum customer satisfaction utilising high levels of communication both verbally and written
- Submit activity reports
The successful candidate will need:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience in other industry software (Sketchup, Photoshop etc.)
- Design background (or qualifications)
- Customer service focus – a need to understand customer needs and maintain strong relationship
In return, my client will be offering a salary of £24,000 – £25,000 with annual bonuses and other benefits.
Hours: 9-5:30 Mon-Fri
