Our clients, who are the market leaders within their industry, are looking to recruit a number of Call Centre Advisors for their busy call centre to join a team of vibrant and energetic individuals.
Adopting a ‘right first time’ attitude is essential. Your priority will be to resolve the customer’s queries / requests within the first phone call by seeking advice from Senior Customer Service Advisors, where necessary. Providing exceptional customer service is the key focus for this position.
The products you will be dealing with are Wild, Wacky and somewhat out there…
” The contract will run until Jan 2020
” Speaking with customers about the range of products offered
” Advising customers on their options with regards to exchanges and extensions
” Referring customer issues that cannot be resolved to the Senior Customer Service Advisors via telephone
” Recording customer queries and requests clearly and accurately on the relevant system and ensuring call backs are made in a timely fashion
” Ensuring booking confirmation is going to be sent and checking details relating to the customer such as address, email address, contact phone numbers etc
” Checking gift packs and any outgoing mail as necessary
” You will be expected to take between 50-70 incoming calls per day
” Corresponding with customers by email, letter and phone and Live Chat.
” A minimum of A-C in Maths and English (essential)
” Someone with a Call Centre/Retail/Banking/Customer Service Background
” Excellent Customer service skills
” Someone with a bit of get up and go that enjoys being put under pressure in a fast paced environment
” This is a full-time, contract position, to run until Jan 2020
” Monday to Friday within the hours of 8:30am – 6pm 7.5 hours a day and Ad Hoc Saturdays that is an additional £75.00 for every Sat worked!
