We are looking for a strong customer service administrator to join a team in Harlow.
The role will include:
- To raise jobs, to close jobs
- Engages with engineers, project managers, contract managers, resident, customers
- General admin tasks
- Scheduling works/engineers
- Order parts, raise PO’s
- Return faulty parts
- Works well under pressure
- Common sense approach
- Good telephone skills
- Computer Literate
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)
