Customer Service Administrator – Temp


We are looking for a strong customer service administrator to join a team in Harlow. The role will include:


  • Raising and closing jobs
  • Engaging with engineers, project managers, contract managers, residents, customers
  • General admin tasks
  • Scheduling works/engineers
  • Ordering parts, raise PO’s
  • Returning faulty parts
  • Reporting



  • Works well under pressure
  • Good telephone skills
  • Computer Literate

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (1/2 hour lunch)
