I have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a fun and friendly client based in Ware where you will work as part of and support the Customer Service Team
The role will be to work as part of the Customer Service Team ensuring high level of productivity requirements are met and match work load to meet customer guidelines.
You will be organised & focused on servicing the customers’ requirements, including order processing, resolving queries, order documentation. A high standard of customer service delivery is required, with an effective level of internal communication and drive to meet customer’s satisfaction
Duties will include
- Principal Point of Contact within the company
- To ensure customer orders are processed correctly in a timely manner to meet customer deadlines
- Ensure customer order requirements are kept up to date
- Processing order documentation & carrying out secondary checks
- Expedite orders due & highlight potential delay issues
- Liaise with Factory / QC to follow order progress
- Provide updates to Sales Team and Export as & when required
- Input to any improvements to supply process
- Inform Business Service Manager of any related issues
- Ensure stock levels are maintained
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Observing all health and safety requirements and reporting near misses or non-confirmation to Line or Health and Safety Manager
- Proactive in achieving continuous improvement within the Customer Service function
- Undertake training consistent with developing skills relevant to those duties and responsibilities of the role
- Be vigilant in matters relating to health and safety within and external to the company’s offices.
