Our client, based near Stansted, has a vacancy for a Helpdesk Junior Administrator, to work alongside their 2 lead co-ordinators.
You will be working in a team of 3.
For this role, customer service is absolutely paramount, we need someone bright, bubbly, great with clients and able to take initiative and make decisions where need be, so confidence is key!
THE ROLE:
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Raise jobs from out of hours call outs
Input site attendance sheets onto internal software
Schedule servicing and maintenance, liaise with residents and complete associated reports/spreadsheets
Manage/control inbox, forward emails to relevant person
Daily checks of engineer’s hours
Raise purchase orders
Written communications to residents regarding building wide notices
Gas compliance certificates, posting out daily and weekly to clients
Assist with ‘jobs to check’
Assist with inputting engineer expenses.
Data cleansing ahead of transfer to new internal software system.
THE HOURS
– Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch
THE SALARY
– £19,000 to 22,000
