I am looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a family run business that is one of the leading suppliers in their field in the UK.
The company is looking to grow their business over the next year, and this role will be an important part of that.
The purpose of the role is to effectively deal with the telephone and email requests for quotations. You will be responsible to compiling information on the desired product including prices from external suppliers. This role has the capability of growing with the right person, and ideally to lead to a proactive position, where you will develop and win new business.
” Create quotations from enquiries
” Ensure that all requests and enquiries are followed up
” Ensure that all orders received are entered in the internal system accurately.
” Establish excellent customer relationships
” Maintain an agreed level or proactive telephone contact with existing and prospective customers
” Proactively seeking new business
” Liaise with production to effectively answer customer questions.
” Continually upsell to expand orders
” Ensure that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful conclusion.
” Customer focused
” Accurate and detail orientated
” Proactive and able to use initiative
” IT literate
” You will be offered a competitive salary
” Hours of work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
