We have an exciting opportunity for a junior to join a great client of ours based in Hoddesdon.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills including:

  • Sales Admin – processing orders, preparing quotes,
  • Customer service – taking calls, resolving queries,
  • Warehouse – ordering materials, updating order schedules for warehouse teams
  • Accounts – raising purchase orders, collating monthly invoices, invoices
  • Other general admin – Sending out samples, organising documents
  • Sales – resourcing new potential clients
  • Working on special projects

Skills required:

  • Excellent IT skills, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
  • Self Motivated
  • Work accurately with good attention to detail.
  • Reliable, honest & hardworking
  • Excellent communicator & Team Player
  • Customer Service experience
