We have an exciting opportunity to join a great client of ours as an operations support assistant. This role will support both the buyer and the operations manager with various administartion tasks. Experience within import or export would also be benefcial.
Responsibilities Include;
- Progress of Purchase orders with suppliers
- Ensuring acknowledgements and shipping details are received from suppliers and updating computer system and files.
- Placing PO’s with suppliers including LPO’s and online transactions with Buyer involvement.
- Checking all booking in entries and liasing with sales and warehouse on booked in goods
- Completion of environmental reports
- Reporting on customer demand, inventory levels and month end reports.
- Internal Audits for ISO 9001 and ISO14001
- Reasonable requests from management as required. This may involve helping in other areas of the business.
Hours are Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5pm
