We are currently recruiting a bright and energetic individual to join a small close knit and friendly team based in Bishops Stortford. The role is primarily to assist with accounts admin and general book keeping but also support with admin in other areas of the business where required.The successful candidate will need to have an accounting background and have excellent attention to detail to suceed in this role.
Role to include;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Recordingof payments/receipts on SAGE
- Reconciliation of website orders
- Supplier Invoice processing
- Customer Invoice processing
- Monthly statements to customers
- Processing payments
- Month end reports and procedures
- General admin assistance
Hours – 20hrs per week (Mon – Thurs 1 – 5pm / Fri 12 – 4pm with some flexibility)
Some knowledge or experience in e-commerce platforms would be beneficial and a good level of Excel, Word and Microsoft Office are also required.
Background of using Sage is essential
