My client is looking for a strong administrator to join their team to manage enquiries relating to deliveries for patients. This role is a temp role to begin with, but with the view of going permanent.
You will have to ensure an efficient and high-quality customer service is provided. You will be accountable for calling pharmacies to confirm delivery dates and details. You will be responsible for updating their in-house database and resolve any issues where necessary.
Answer calls promptly and professionally
Hold a pre-delivery call with patients
Liaise with Pharmacies
Calculate when deliveries are due
Process cancelled orders
Liaise with other teams to resolve any issues
Re-arrange failed deliveries
Deal with customer complaints
Make accurate notes and reports and adverse reactions
Manage patient records
