We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a great client of ours as a Sales co-ordinator within the sales division, your primary role will be supporting the account managers in all areas of commercial activities as per the job description below.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Communication
- Display excellent communication skills, both orally and in written format in emails
- Handle internal enquiries via telephone & email
- Be thorough and clear in all communication
- Pay great attention to detail
General Duties
- Support the Account Manager in all areas of their commercial activities
- Handle with customer enquiries and requests via telephone/email
- Raise sample requests and send samples to the customers or contract manufacturers
- Work closely with internal departments across different functions
- Work closely with the Customer Service Dpt during order processing
- Organise presentations and quote letters
- Keep customer records, pricing and requirements up-to-date
- Support the Account Manager with customer complaints – internally & externally
- Work with Microsoft Office and Product Vision to manage projects and administrative tasks
- Support the Account Manager organising and co-ordinating customer meetings.
- Support the Account Manager in managing Regulatory enquiries (documents, specific enquiries)
Project Management
- Enter and follow-up on projects efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely to organise submissions and samples
- Prepare and ship submissions to customers
- Prepare and communicate quotations to customers
- Prepare submission presentations
In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to;
- Adhere to CPL policies and procedures
- Support other members of your team

- Highly proficient in using Excel spreadsheets, making ppt presentations

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
- This is role will be based in Bishop’s Stortford
- Basic Salary will be market competitive, and subject to background and experience
- Bonus Scheme earning up to 10% of annual salary (may vary in line with annual compensation plan)
- Life Assurance Cover up to 4x annual salary
