I have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to work for a fun and friendly client based in Ware where you will work as part of and support the Sales Team

The role will be to assist and coordinate the daily activities of the UK Sales team. Management of “house accounts” which are predominantly email contacted and to be proactive in assisting the sales team to sell more

Duties will include

  • Assisting the daily activities of the sales team
  • Manage House Accounts.
  • Project management – managing deadlines and co-ordinating projects with the relevant development teams
  • Entering projects and preparing quotations
  • Keeping customers updated with relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of presentations for client meetings.
  • Update and organise customer and internal data
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Updating marketing documents
  • Managing new customer enquiries
  • Coordinating with business administration department to ensure effective service.
  • Coordinating with Marketing department where needed to deliver proactive news to sales team to let them know what presentations / trend reports might be available for them to promote to their clients.
