Sales & Customer service admin


I have a great opportunity for a sales/customer service administrator to join a great company working in Insurance based in Harlow.

Working hours Mon – Fri 9 – 5

To be considered for this role, the skills required are as follows;

  • It is essential to have experience of working in a telephone based CS or Sales Role
  • Confident, with good written and verbal communicative skills
  • Have a methodical approach and a sharp eye for detail
  • Able to balance priorities and to have high personal service standards
  • Good numeric and computer skills including basic Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Able to work within a team environment and alone when necessary
  • Committed to helping with the growth of the company and to help in maintaining high company service standards

Job responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Call Centre Manager/Team Leader
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing sales & customer services phone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including Printing, collating and posting insurance policies (when Required)
  • Dealing with incoming email queries/ Communicating with general public in connection with their queries (when required)
  • Daily filing of Broking files and paperwork (when required)
  • Obtain full knowledge and use of the Broking issuing/Management system
