The successful candidate will have a good technical or mechanical understanding and be able to communicate well with clients. This is essential to the role.
In return, for the right person, our client will provide training and offer support for personal development and progression.
Examples of Duties Include:
Drive product sales through good rapport with customers and knowledge of sector.
Demonstrate advanced products knowledge.
Diagnose and issues and potential parts needed
Generate new leads by pursuing any lines deemed fit for company.
Follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the products.
Finds new target markets and work with Marketing team, let them know any lines you believe customers are looking to hear about due to the direct relationship you will have with them.
Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
Demonstrates sales knowledge
Ability to keep track of Hire fleet and advice customers on our hire machines and services.
Work with engineers to keep customers up to date with their machine services or repairs.
Confident and friendly personality. Ability to make connections with clientele base.
People person, be able to deal with unhappy customers and find the cause of any issues with brilliant customer service.
Written and verbal conversation skills are key as much of your correspondence will be via email and phone.
Time management and multitasking
Some form of technical/mechanical engineering experience is required.
Essential: Fluent in English Language
Background in Sales is an advantage.
