URGENT:
Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a very good client of mine in Harlow.
Key Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Collating daily invoicing (incoming and outgoing) from the operational admin team
- Finalising all invoicing in preparation for month end invoicing (as per schedule)
- Assist with the sign off of invoices,
- Raising and Issuing of P/O’s
- Support Administration team when required
Mandatory Remote Tasks Required:
- To participate in weekend and Bank Holiday stand by rota (1 in 4 weekends – taking reactive emergency calls and dispatching engineers. Overtime is payable for this element)
Key Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Numerically literate
- Tenacity with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
- A background in Finance or possession of a Financial Qualification would be advantageous
