We have had a great opportunity come in for a client of ours based in Harlow who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and grow within an expanding company
Not only is the role part time but it is also working either on a remote or hybrid basis!!
The role:
- Responsible for our transactional finance and month-end processes.
- Reconciliation of the above and follow ups where necessary
- Management of monthly bordereaux’s
- Reconciliation of the Management Information data from bank accounts to internal system
- Running reports from various systems
- Ensure payments are kept up to date
- Dealing with incoming email queries
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts, commissions etc
- Assist Head of Finance with Year-end accounts, audits and budgeting
The skills:
- Attention to detail
- Confident, with good written and communicative skills
- Tech Savvy (Including Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
- Numerical Literacy
- Ideally previous experience with Xero/equivalent
- Previous accounts experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Integrity and Professional ethics
- Self-Motivated and able to manage own time and priorities
- Teamwork skills
Job Details:
- Part Time (3 Days per week)
