Finance Administrator 12 Months FTC




Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a very good client of mine in Harlow.


Key Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Collating daily invoicing (incoming and outgoing) from the operational admin team
  • Finalising all invoicing in preparation for month end invoicing (as per schedule)
  • Assist with the sign off of invoices,
  • Raising and Issuing of P/O’s
  • Support Administration team when required

Mandatory Remote Tasks Required:

  • To participate in weekend and Bank Holiday stand by rota (1 in 4 weekends – taking reactive emergency calls and dispatching engineers. Overtime is payable for this element)

Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Numerically literate
  • Tenacity with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A background in Finance or possession of a Financial Qualification would be advantageous
