Sales Administrator wanted to work for a brand new client in a very local and great location.
Are you used to raising orders/dealing with suppliers and placing orders? If this could be the job for you!!
A small family run but extremely friendly client based in Bishops Stortford are seeking a Sales Administrator to help within the office, duties will consist of;
” Taking incoming sales calls
” Raising orders
” Placing orders with suppliers
” Chasing outstanding orders from suppliers
” Quoting customers
” Chasing quotations and converting them to orders
” General admin
” Taking card payments
Some of the skills that the person would ideally have are;
” Competent with word, outlook, Sage etc.
” Worked in a fast-paced sales office
” Works well under pressure
The above is not critical, my client would be open to people with less experience.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday 0830 – 1700 (1 Hour lunch) & Friday 0830 – 1330. (AMAZING)!!
