We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic client of ours based in Bishops Stortford.
Purchase Ledger
- Input of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Ensure all Purchase Ledger invoices are approved for payment
- Deal with suppliers for any price/quantity discrepancies
- Take calls from suppliers regarding payment date and queries
- Input of Purchase Ledger payments onto banking system for authorisation
- Prepare Supplier Reconciliations, follow up any reconciling items
- Assist Management Accountant with Payment run preparation
Other
- Assist with Sales Ledger as required
- Assist Sales Admin with credit note queries and add hock Analysis as required
Requirements
- Experience of working in the finance Department
- Attention to detail
- Can do attitude
- Work as part of a team
The hours of work ideally would be spread across 4 days and working between 16-20 hours per week.
