A very good client of mine who put the fun factor into the workplace are on the look out for a Customer Service Advisor..
Monday through to Friday: 08:00am to 17:30pm (30 minute lunch break)
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to emails providing customers with accurate and relevant information to assist in their queries.
- Welcoming customers when they arrive on site and deal with their queries.
- Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with customers throughout the duration of their engagement.
- Liaising with relevant members of staff at our different branches to obtain correct and up to date information to support our customers.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary and maintain a consistent point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Log comments, compliments and complaints in accordance with company procedure.
- Work in a flexible manner and undertake any other duties and responsibilities within the scope of the position.
Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a busy customer service environment that involves taking/making calls.
- An outstanding and demonstrable communication skills, both oral and written communication with an exceptional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to multi-task with keen problem-solving skills and attitude.
- A positive, can-do attitude, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements and customer needs.
- Confident and demonstrable IT skills.
- Accurate data-entry experience.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with a sympathetic understanding that our customers find themselves in a distressing situation.
- Responsive, prompt and supportive to the wider team and colleagues.
- Outgoing attitude and keen to integrate themselves into the branch team.
