A great client of ours based in Harlow are looking for a Resource Administrator to join their well-established team, where you will be accountable for meeting recruitment SLAs established for the HR function.
The role:
- Undertaking a range of hiring activities including candidate screening, checking right to work in the UK, involvement in selection (e.g. interviewing / skills assessment);
- Proactively managing hiring manager relationships to keep them abreast of progress against plan.
- Meeting all quality and compliance requirements in relation to marketing and recruitment.
- Confidently cold calling candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
- Developing relationships with relevant organisations for pipeline talent (apprentices and trainees) including schools, colleges, universities to develop our grass roots talent pipeline.
The Person:
- Previous experience within recruitment, focusing on direct candidate attraction.
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Genuine interest in recruiting roles of all levels (excluding senior hires);
- Good Administrative skills
