A well established letting agency are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.
The duties:
– Registering new applicants. Matching criteria to suit landlord and property requirements.
– Booking Viewings / carrying them out when required
– Collate all required legal documents from client / applicants / tenants / property.
– Manage and maintain system in full.
– Liaising with landlords and tenants if required for maintenance issues.
– Manage and maintain process of tenancy preparation up to start date.
– Manage maintain annual renewal legal documents in a timely manner.
– Orchestrate quarterly inspections process from start to finish
The Right person:
– Computer literate
– Must be a Driver
– Great Customer service skills
– Previous lettings experiences is a bonus
– Previous Admin experience is a must
– Ability to multitask
Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
The role may include Saturday working, if so, a day off in the week will be exchanged.
